At Bern’s Drums we want you to have all the confidence with your online purchase that you would have buying over the counter in our show room. We are happy to refund items up to two weeks after purchase, provided that they are returned in their original, unused, condition, together with their packaging. Also, if there is a mistake on our part and you receive the wrong item or the item is defective, we will refund your postage costs for returning it. If you wish to return an unwanted item which it not faulty we will refund the cost of the product but not your return postage costs. If an item is received damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours. We may not accept any claims after this period.
This website does not recieve or store any credit or debit card information. When you make a card purchase you will be briefly re-directed to Paypal, who securely process the payment and return you to our site.
Delivery to UK Highlands and islands
NB: For deliveries to the UK Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland there is an additional postage cost of £2.50.
Guarantees/Warranties
All new items purchased are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Many other items, including: Zildjian cymbals, Sabian cymbals, Yamaha products and Hardcase, have an extended warranty. Contact us for warranty information on specific products.
