Berns Drums now offers free delivery on all goods over £100 inc. VAT to any of our standard rate areas. There are some areas in mainland UK that are premium rate, and will require an additional charge due to their location, please contact us with your postcode so that we can quote you.
Please note - Our couriers standard rates may differ to other nationwide couriers.
As delivery will be carried out by a third party and are supplied in there original boxes, some assembly may be required.
We aim to pass on the knowledge and experience that our members of staff have, on to all of our customers. This gives us the opportunity to share our results of queries back to our customers

Berns Drums currently has 2 excellent local drummers who provide lessons to pupils of all ages. James Wheeler and Dave Chivers provide tuition to many levels of students from beginners to advanced college level. Lessons can be arranged on a weekly and flexible basis.

As in the past, we will from time to time run master classes, workshops, and clinics with local as well as nationally known artists and teachers. Contact us if you would like to be put on our mailing list for these and other forthcoming events.
Berns Drums aims to provide an excellent after sales service. We feel that if you encounter any problems with our products, or if you have any queries regarding a previous sale, then it is our duty to ensure that everything is satisfactory.
When buying a new drum kit direct from the Drum Centre, rather than national courier delivery, you will have the option to either have the kit provided in its original packaging or to have it partially assembled (which includes head fitting). With these two options, we will load the drum kit into your vehicle.
There is also the option of a full delivery and set-up, and is normally only available within 15 miles of the store.

We are able to undertake many repairs and we keep a growing amount of spare parts. We are also able to source facilities for more difficult repairs and parts.
